Security reports
If you have found a security issue in this platform, please email us rather than disclosing it publicly. Include reproduction steps. We will acknowledge receipt.
There is no form on this page, because this site sends no outbound requests at all. Please use the email address above.
If you are dealing with a theft right now
Time matters, but emailing us is not the correct first step. Do these three things first:
- Keep the incident transaction hash (txid). It is the anchor for the whole case; without it we cannot verify anything.
- Report to your local law enforcement and get a case number. Freezing assets requires law enforcement or an exchange to act. We are not law enforcement and we have no power to freeze anybody's assets.
- Do not give your seed phrase or private key to anyone, including us. Any «recovery service» that asks for a seed phrase is a second fraud.
Once those three are done, contact us. What we can do is verify the anchor transaction, trace the time-causally valid flow of funds, identify parked balances and cash-out endpoints, and produce a freeze-request packet you can hand to law enforcement.
What we will not do
- We will not contact exchanges on your behalf or freeze assets for you.
- We will not guarantee recovery. Most stolen funds are never recovered, and anybody guaranteeing recovery is not being honest with you.
- We will not produce a report naming a person when the evidence does not support it. If the evidence does not stand up, that is what the report will say.
